We do not sell your personal data.

Legal bases (UK GDPR)

Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

  • Contract - to provide the service you have purchased or registered for.
  • Legitimate interests - to operate, secure, and improve our platform, and to support business customers managing team cards.
  • Consent - where required, for example optional marketing communications or non-essential cookies.
  • Legal obligation - where we must retain or disclose information by law.

Sharing your information

We may share data with:

  • Service providers - hosting, email delivery, payment processing (e.g. Stripe), and analytics tools under appropriate contracts.
  • Company administrators - if you use a company account, your organisation’s admins may access cards and contacts according to their role.
  • Legal and safety - where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We require processors to handle data securely and only for specified purposes.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account subject to obligations we must continue to meet.

Under UK data protection law you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure in certain circumstances.
  • Restrict or object to processing in certain circumstances.
