What phones are compatible?
Our NFC tap works with iPhones (2018 or newer) and most Android devices. All others can scan the QR code printed on your card.
Do recipients need to download an app?
No. A tap or QR scan opens your digital profile in the phone’s browser. There is nothing for your contacts to install.
What’s included in the one-time price?
Your premium NFC and QR card, custom design by our in-house team, digital profile builder, lead capture, built-in CRM, analytics, and unlimited taps. Free UK shipping is included.
Is there a subscription?
No. Your card includes unlimited taps, a custom digital profile, built-in CRM and analytics. Pro (optional) unlocks advanced integrations when it launches.
How long is shipping?
Orders ship from our UK facility within 2–3 working days. Delivery takes 3–5 working days in the UK. International shipping is available and calculated at checkout.
Can I customise my card?
Yes. Most customers design their own card in our artwork editor—upload your logo and arrange your layout on the template. Prefer us to handle it? Our in-house team can create your card design at no extra cost: share your brief and logo and we’ll take care of the rest. Choose from Standard (premium PVC), Bamboo, or Metal.
Do you offer cards for teams or companies?
Yes. Order multiple cards with automatic bulk discounts, or contact sales for team branding and company dashboards.
What is your refund policy?
